Dan and Amanda are one in a million!! They went above and beyond helping me sell my house while I was out of state! They were able to help in any way from amazing cleaning services to lawn care in order to sell my house quickly and at top value. I would strongly recommend them to anyone and would be lucky to work with them again!

Dan and Amanda are real gems! They made the whole selling process so easy and took care of all the major to minor details including offering to be at the house to let various people in for carpet cleaning etc. They both were very efficient in getting documents signed and sent to the correct people. Both responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I have nothing but good things to say about them!

My wife and I worked with Dan and his assistant, Amanda, to purchase our home and can’t say enough good things about them. They are knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with their time (including evenings and weekends over the course of several months). They answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. One of them was always there with us from start to finish including every walk-through, inspection, and contractual signings. Buying a home in this market is challenging but working with Dan and Amanda made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend them.

Dan Hansen and his assistant Amanda Unser did an absolutely amazing job for us. We were selling two houses and buying two more at the same time. We had some pretty complex issues arise and they were very attentive and responded to our needs almost immediately when they arose. I highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy or sell their home

If you are looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond then you are looking for Dan Hansen! We recently sold and purchased a home with Dan's help. After putting an offer in and realizing we needed to sell our home, Dan got our house in show condition and on the market in mere days and we sold day one! His expertise and dedication to getting us to our goal made the process smooth. Dan kept us constantly informed and explained everything so clearly. Dan helped us get over bumps along the way. When things were literally coming off the rails, Dan actually rolled up his sleeves and got us out of a jam  Dan is amazing, we can't really fit all of our great experiences with Dan into one review, but take our word for it, Dan is the best!!
